Prior to joining The Agency, Kirk served as a top-producing New Home Sales Consultant for Toll Brothers (Arizona Division) from 2017 to 2024, where he drafted, negotiated, and closed over $120 million in contracts; He earned recognition as Sales Consultant of the Year and received the prestigious MAME Award for ranking in the top 1% of sales volume across all Arizona new home builder markets as he delivered outstanding results in some of the state's most sought-after communities-Adero Canyon, Sereno Canyon, Sterling Grove, and Blackstone. His ability to evaluate home sites, conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis, while delivering client-centric solutions makes him a trusted resource for both luxury buyers and sellers-from resale homes to the full lifecycle of new construction, including single-family residences, villas, walk-out basement homes, and estates.

His background includes executive legal roles at Fortune 500 companies and multinational organizations, where he led multimillion-dollar contract negotiations, complex commercial litigation, risk management strategies, and enterprise-level projects across telecom, print, digital media, entertainment, and IT.
